Appointment Policy
Our doctors see patients by appointment only. Hospital appointment hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am - 12:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
Boarding drop-off and pick-up times are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday,
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Payment Options
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit®, and traveler’s
checks. New clients receive a $20 discount on their first exam. We also
offer wellness plans, which provide affordable monthly payments for your
pet’s preventative care needs. For accident, injury, and illness
coverage, we recommend pet insurance, such as Trupanion, ASPCA Pet Insurance,
or PetPlan.
Pre-Surgical Policy
Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is recommended for all anesthetic procedures and,
if chosen, must be collected one day in advance of surgery. Dogs and cats
should be prevented from eating after midnight the night before surgery
but may have water. If you have an exotic pet scheduled for surgery, please
ask a veterinary technician for specific pre-surgical feeding instructions.
Pets must be dropped off for surgery between 7:00 and 8:00 am the day
of surgery. Please plan on 10 to 15 minutes to discuss the surgery and
recommendations with a surgical technician.
