Small vet office that takes the time needed to care for your pet vets and staff are great to work with if you want a small vet that remembers you and your pet i highly recommend them

Very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in to the time we left. The care and compassion shown for our fur babies (all 4) was above standards. Thank you for being so patient with them! One of our boys is medically complex, a hospice kitty, and the staff is very gentle, patient, and truly concerned with his comfort. They’re also very supportive and considerate of our feelings as pet parents. I highly recommend them!

They been great with both my baby breaded dragon. I couldn't ask for a better staff when I lost my first breaded dragon at a young age and out of the blue. Thanks so much

Dr. Neuhaus is a fantastic veterinarian. Over the years she has given our cats excellent care. Even though we have moved we still return for medical appointments. Recently our cat had an ear infection and she treated her as soon as we came in. We could not ask for a more caring veterinarian, as well as the great staff at Grafton Animal hospital.

Dr. Neuhaus and all of the staff at Grafton Animal Hospital are attentive to my pet’s needs and always allow time for my MANY questions. They answer text messages much quicker than my own kiddos!😜 I trust them with my prized possessions.

First time using Grafton Clinic, but I was so pleased that I will definitely take my baby back. The staff is friendly and professional. I was nervous but the young man who clipped my birds, Miss Olivia, nail, well, I can only say she loved him. When he gave her back, she wanted to get out and go with him. I spoke with a customer who was picking up his dog, he gave rave reviews and he was right.
