Dr Neuhaus and the team there always took great care of our dogs all the way to the end. They carefully balanced a plethora of issues in one of our dogs and gave us many more happy and healthy years, thank you!
Dr. Neuhaus and her technician Cheyenne are two of the most wonderful, caring, and compassionate people. We are new to the area and needed a veterinarian who was also trained in avian and exotics. We had a male Eclectus parrot. After x-rays and an ultrasound, Dr. Neuhaus confirmed that he had cancer. I have never had an avian vet with more knowledge and expertise, but also a warm and gentle bedside manner. I highly recommend Grafton Animal Hospital for anyone who loves their pets like they are family because that is how they will treat your fur and feathered babies.
I was juggling a baby and a birdcage and everyone was so helpful and understanding with both the human toddler and the flying toddler. The care received was thorough and all my questions at the time were answered. 100% will recommend to any feather mommas out there!

Grafton Animal Hospital is the best! They have an amazing staff and take wonderful care of my dog whether it be for boarding, doctor's visits, or doggy daycare. My dog loves going there!
This was our first visit. My puppy enjoyed interacting with the staff and everyone took great care of us. We even got valentines photos! It was a great visit and we look forward to coming again

Grafton Animal Hospital is great! My pup had broken a nail pretty bad and they had appointments available the same day. They took amazing care of him and before proceeding with any treatment, and they provided an estimate of services. I love how when you enter someone greets you and they write their patients names on the welcome board every day. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m thankful I found this animal hospital when I moved here. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service!
