Very thorough and amazing with our little puppy!

I had an emergency situation with an eight week old baby cockatoo. They were booked but had us come in immediately on a Saturday morning with very short business hours.
Once he was home, he was still having issues but there was constant communication throughout the weekend and we were able to get the immediate care that was needed to save his life. From the front desk manager to the doctor and vet tech, we were treated with compassion and respect. Everyone had a genuine desire to pull the baby through his illness. They have all gone over and beyond with the vet tech even taking him home at night while we had to go out of town to make sure he was going to be okay. I would highly recommend Grafton extremely skilled and competent avian veterinarians who we'll go the extra mile for their clients.
